Customer service very poor. I dropped off my car at 10:00am and was told the car would be ready in 2-3 hours. At 5:00pm I was able to get the status of my car for 7 hours they had my car when I picked up the car it was dirty not how it was dropped off. When asked they said it’s because of the rain. They service the car “allegedly” didn’t get a car wash and my wheel alignment is now messed up. 👎🏽 More

Came in early stood for over 4 hours to have a key coded. Now my remote doesn’t start and the key that was used for the remote start is gone . Then I’m listing to the mechanic complain how.
