Thr dealership isn't bad I was dealt with Mr Richards and he's super great. Why u would give my review is that the posted price is not the price they are actually selling you they are going according to the he's super great. Why u would give my review is that the posted price is not the price they are actually selling you they are going according to the value of the vehicle so when you're thinking that is the vehicle posted for 24000 that's not what you should consider you have to wait till they ran your credit to speak with you. And even when I asked for my credit not to run and give me the vehicle price including taxes they still went ahead and ran my credit. I was soo upset. All dealership in brooklyn happens to be the worst !!! More
Since purchasing my car, I've been hearing an abnormal noise from the rear brakes. I've had all my vehicle maintenance done at Brooklyn Mitsubishi Service every six months. I've visited their service twic noise from the rear brakes. I've had all my vehicle maintenance done at Brooklyn Mitsubishi Service every six months. I've visited their service twice specifically for the rear brakes and even recorded the noise while driving, which I played for the customer representative. They assured me everything was fine and sent me on my way. However, as soon as the 2-year warranty expired, despite the car only having 13,000 miles on it, the rear brake rotors and pads were replaced, costing me $1,080. I feel that the service I received was not honest, and I am extremely dissatisfied with my experience with you. More

I had the worse customer service experience. The staff was very rude and only pretended to help. I went in with one issue on the card, but came out with many more. Scam city! !!! Went to look at a car that in the morning was posted at one price, less than an hour latwr the car (same vin number) was several thousand more. Wh !!! This empty apology will change nothing. The shady practices will continue. Take a walk with the xx. A BBB complaint is headed under the tree this year. As well as complaints on yelp, car gurus, KBB, and more. You had a chance to make a home run sale this morning but sketchy acts ruined it. So NO i will NOT consider giving you and your scam dealership a chance ever again.The fake apology doesn't address the sketch act that was pulled about not honoring a price you advertised an hour before I got there. I had proof with the vin, and the time stamp that showed the add was posted. Just like everything else was a sketch and a scam, the phony fake apology did not and will not address these practices.
