I spent quite a bit of time with my Big City Car salesperson and thankfully did not feel like I was with a salesperson which is what I'd dread about buying a car. He was informative and not pushy and let me test drive as many cars as I wanted too so I ultimately purchased my vehicle from this dealership based on the fact that I had a fabulous experience with my salesperson! I would highly recommend this dealership to anyone especially people who have had an unfortunate experience with car dealerships in their past because I had a much more positive experience than I was expecting! Great experience I made an appointment to meet with Amy about a new car. I have been turned down by two dealerships in the few days before and she assured me that she I made an appointment to meet with Amy about a new car. I have been turned down by two dealerships in the few days before and she assured me that she would do all she could to get me financing. I was more than ecstatic that she was able to find a car that I'm really enjoying and have fallen in love with. Joe went over all the paperwork and made sure I understood all the details of the loan. These guys definitely went above and beyond and did everything they could to help me in a time of need and get me in a car.
