Shelly, Im sorry we must have crossed paths. on 10/28/2020 we received a internet lead from you. We received your lead at 10:32 AM and Cherri called you at 10:48 you actually spoke and in the conversation you said you wanted a $7000.00 SUV with leather, We didn't have anything that fit your criteria. On 11/06/2020 you sent another lead. Pete called you and spoke to you. This conversation you indicated your specifications and you increased your budget to $9000.00 including tax and doc. Unfortunately we still didn't have anything that would meet your needs. On 11/06/2020 we show Pete text you back and you replied "I am so sorry you had so many dealers calling you over the last 2 months". I think you might have us confused with another dealer. We try and NOT bug the customer everyday. We did respond to you right away. I'm sorry. If you want to give me a call please do. If i can help in any way please feel free to give me a call. First James didn't buy a truck from us. James is an uncle of the purchaser. The purchaser bought a truck from us drove it home and had the truck for almost 2 months before his mother called about a tire problem. The man that made this review is the uncle. The actual buyer has never called us with ANY concerns. We received a call from the buyers mother after the buyer had the truck for a couple months and drove a few thousand miles. The mother sent us photo of completely trashed tires. This is the only thing we can agree on. In ALL my life i have never seen anything like this. It looked like someone had chiseled chucks out of the tires. I've never seen anything like it. What i can say is the mother of the buyer stated in her own words that her son was washing the mud off his truck when he noticed it. The second thing the mother told us was he work's for a land scape arrogation company. After many deliberation we the dealership agreed to give the buyer 3 tires and they pay for the fourth . we felt this was a reasonable resolution. The mother then started a conspiracy theory about us switching tires right after they bought the truck. We asked the mother if we supplied her with the video of the purchase showing her the truck was never touched as it was the exact way she purchased it would she apologize. This is when she went on a TIRADE because we could supply video PROOF her accusations were false. This is when she started using the N WORD! Still to this day we have never spoken to the buyer as he obviously knows what happen to his truck while in his possession. I'm not a rocket scientist but a young man in his 20's washing mud off his truck finds gouges in his tires obviously knows why. Anyone who would like to hear and see the video and phone recordings feel free to contact us. This is the craziest experience i have ever experienced in 25 years of the auto industry.

Biker Girl, We sold you a vehicle and after you having it for a short time you expressed the power steering was making a noise. We had you bring it back well over a year ago. The power steering needed fluid. We added the fluid and we drove it to ensure it was operating as it should. You picked up your car and expressed it was to your satisfaction. You then called us "screaming and using profanity" accusing us of smoking in your car. We didn't smoke in your car nor would we ever smoke in any customers car. You used every filthy name you could and we have never heard from you again until this past month. We offered to show you video of your car while we repaired it. That wasn't good enough. Now we fast forward to OVER year later. You called with some sort of a mechanical complaint and asked if the power steering pump was covered. We didn't replace it as it was working properly. You didn't like those responses and began to be irrational again! I didn't hang up on you it was actually the 'YOU" who hung up. No part for any car would EVER come with a lifetime warranty that im aware of. Sorry you feel the way you do. Im just not sure what we can do to help you. Best Regards Bob

No that’s not how it went at all we where told the pump had problems and it was checked and filled before ever being brought back to you guys, we simply called and asked if it was under warranty because I wasn’t gonna pay for it if it was still, then bob said his goons from the repair shop where charging people and not putting new parts on your vehicles!! Either way I had to have the pump replaced just wanted to know And I was going to pay you guys To fix it since we got the vehicle there!! Bob was screaming at the the repair Guy on the phone with us And was very unprofessional and rude!! You can say what you want I know we will never be back and wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone!!
