is ripping off senior citizen. i went to have my 2016 mustang inspected. and was told it would not pass unless they fix my tail lights sequence lights. when asked how much was told i went to have my 2016 mustang inspected. and was told it would not pass unless they fix my tail lights sequence lights. when asked how much was told $1,435.00.i told them I will be back.i don't know if I had a gullible or rich look. I am 64 y/o disable ,i have had 15 vehicles in my life. I had a 2006 mustang that I put sequence tail lights on for $80. I TOOK MY VEHICLE SOME WHERE ELSE ..AND PASSED. it is a crime what they are doing, have many elderly people have the stolen from?..... More

Beiner Ford is my personal choice for service and is also my professional choice for two different fleets of Fords that are serviced at Biener Ford exclusively. I work with Louis Del Balzo daily and all I can say is that he is professional, trustworthy, and just overall a pleasure to work with. I have also worked with Issac Negrete who helped get my parents a Ford Explorer and worked with Benny D'Angelo as well on the purchase of my vehicle. Called ahead about a flat tire, was told it could be changed same day. Waited several hours to have the wrong tire arrive. No loaner available. Had to wait 2 more days for a tire to arrive. A tire under changed same day. Waited several hours to have the wrong tire arrive. No loaner available. Had to wait 2 more days for a tire to arrive. A tire under insurance. While the car was there an air leak in the windshield was not fixed and a known manufacturer steering issue was not repaired. The car had to be returned and left for several more days. The air leak was fixed, but the steering issue “will not be fixed” according to the service rep. I called 4x over 5 hours on Thursday and no one ever called me back for an update on my car that was now at the dealership for the 4th day in a row, and the 7th day in total. How will a known issue not be repaired? My next steps will be to contact Ford Corp, then the BBB, then The State Attorney General’s Office.. if none of those work I will have no further recourse but to hire an attorney. I did not pay $75k for a car that is defective from a dealership that doesn’t communicate with me. More
