This was the second time I have been disappointed by this dealership. It is very frustrating for their service department to tell you a particular maintenance is needed, have you agree, and then several hour dealership. It is very frustrating for their service department to tell you a particular maintenance is needed, have you agree, and then several hours later inform you that a part is not available and one will have to wait until the next day to get the car fixed. There seems not to be any inventory check when the order was written up and one is quoted a cost. This happened last year and again this year. Additionally, I told them the digital odometer no longer shows up. This was not fixed this time. No explanation. The dealership was otherwise clean and well kept. More
