The price I negotiated did not end up being the price. I obtained my loan myself and brought the paper, the staff proceeded to re-structure my loan behind the scenes and did not discuss it with me. The staff added additional hidden fees and tried to present them without discussing them. The staff also had us waiting for around for a while. Overall not a pleasant experience. More
