I just had my 2015 F150 worked on because my heated seats were not working. Turned out there was a module that was bad. Steve was my service advisor and he is awesome. It turned out that my extra service war were not working. Turned out there was a module that was bad. Steve was my service advisor and he is awesome. Not the best, issues found during multi check inspection but no follow up recommendation, for example “coolant low” but did not reccomend further course of action or let alone top of the coolant. Also stated their was a slight oil leak on seal but did not reccomend anything or even mention when picking up the vehicle, had to read the paperwork. Overall poor communication. More
