Kyle and Nicole (Lube Team) did a fantastic job servicing and inspecting my F150. During the inspection, Nicole found a tire wear issue and then a significant out of balance condition. Though not scheduled, and inspecting my F150. During the inspection, Nicole found a tire wear issue and then a significant out of balance condition. Though not scheduled, Kyle was able to workin a tire balance that required breaking the tire bead from the rim and repositioning it. They went the extra mile and they did the right thing!
