Kyle and Nicole (Lube Team) did a fantastic job servicing and inspecting my F150. During the inspection, Nicole found a tire wear issue and then a significant out of balance condition. Though not scheduled, and inspecting my F150. During the inspection, Nicole found a tire wear issue and then a significant out of balance condition. Though not scheduled, Kyle was able to workin a tire balance that required breaking the tire bead from the rim and repositioning it. They went the extra mile and they did the right thing! I’m still in a bad mood from having to constantly call the dealership for information on the status of my car which was there 10 days & ended up with just a simple inspection. It seemed like I was being passed from one team member to another, always with my initiating the conversation. Bickford has received high marks from me in the past and that satisfaction kept me coming back; not so this time. Someone kept dropping the customer communication ball big time. More
