Always had a great experience buying a vehicle from Bickford. But their service department is lacking. Sales dep. is good but service department is not very good. It takes a long time to get an appointment, 1 1/2 months plus. And when you deliver your car they do is good but service department is not very good. It takes a long time to get an appointment, 1 1/2 months plus.
