Bickford Ford responded

SP, Servicing vehicles has been a serious issue for Ford dealers in Snohomish County. The dealers in Monroe and Everett have gone out of business in the last couple of years and we don't have the infrastructure to take care of all of the customers, yet. We just purchased 4 mobile vans that can do light duty services and complete recalls. If you have service that they can help you with, please reach out. They are typically able to get right to you. If not, we are scheduling pretty far out, but if you schedule and we have any cancelations we will reach out to get you in sooner. We have permits out for a new shop and when it is built, we will be able to triple our capacity. I know this doesn't help you today, but there is light at the end of the tunnel. Sorry for the long-winded explanation, servicing our customers is very important to us and it is very frustrating when we cannot meet your needs. Please let me know if you have any questions.
