Kyle and Nicole (Lube Team) did a fantastic job servicing and inspecting my F150. During the inspection, Nicole found a tire wear issue and then a significant out of balance condition. Though not scheduled, and inspecting my F150. During the inspection, Nicole found a tire wear issue and then a significant out of balance condition. Though not scheduled, Kyle was able to workin a tire balance that required breaking the tire bead from the rim and repositioning it. They went the extra mile and they did the right thing! My salesperson did a great job helping me with finding a vehicle, test driving and buying it. I felt the vehicle could have been detailed better. In the past when I purchased a ford the dealer had a tech go vehicle, test driving and buying it. I felt the vehicle could have been detailed better.
