I went there to look at a Ford Explorer right before the dealership was closing for the day. The salesman Russ gave me his card. The price was $29,588.00. . I asked how much wiggle room there was and if t dealership was closing for the day. The salesman Russ gave me his card. The price was $29,588.00. . I asked how much wiggle room there was and if they would accept an offer of $28,000. He said I could offer anything I wanted but he could tell me there would not be $1500 worth of wiggle room. I told him I was interested and he gave me his card. I called the dealership later the next week and asked about coming in for a test drive. I spoke with someone named Erik. He said he would not be there when I got there, but to tell them I spoke with him. I got there and again spoke with the first salesman. I saw last week, Russ. I took the explorer for a test drive, and I loved it! I noticed the driver mirror did not toggle side to side. I showed this to Russ when I came back from the test drive. He said he would look into that .I asked him if he remembered me from last week. It took him a minute, and then he said he did. I mentioned to him that when I was there, I had offered him $28,000 for the vehicle and now the price has been reduced to $27,500, lower than what I had offered before. He explained that the pricing has to do with how long they’ve had the vehicle on the lot. I told him I was very interested… He texted me the next day that they were waiting to see what the cost will be for them to fix it. I texted him back and asked if he would know anything that day? He did not respond or ever get back to me. Now it is one week later. I still have not heard back from anybody at Bickford Ford. The vehicle is still on the lot, and I see the price has been reduced again now to $26,485.00. I know this dealership has a good reputation for customer service and I thought I would get treated well there. But this was not the case for me. I have bought a different vehicle and they still have their 2018 Ford Explorer. More
Maggie and team in the trailer service center are top notch. When I had a problem with my electric jack, she talked me through some trouble shooting steps that got me back on the road in no time. Then when I came in for my appointment, the team went above and beyond to make sure my 4Star trailer was perfect perfect - bearings packed, brakes serviced, lights replaced, cracked water pump replaced. They also double checked that the battery was recharging properly and tightened all electrical connections. Quick and informative communication throughout. Cannot say enough wonderful things. Won’t go anywhere else! More

Service Manager admitted shop was understaffed and so guess that is a reason they are so booked out. Overall service was fine…a little on the expensive side but I’ve never experienced issues or problems guess that is a reason they are so booked out.
