Repeat customer- just traded in our 2008 escape (which we bought new at Bickford) for a 2014 Escape. This is a friendly dealership with a lot of long-term employees, these guys work hard to keep their custom bought new at Bickford) for a 2014 Escape. Dealership is clean, well organized and the staff are all friendly. Negotiating a car purchase is not what most consider "fun", but these guys work hard to make it as painless as possible. The few times I have had to use the service department I have had great results. This is a great dealership, still has a "small town" feel to it, but you get the same service you would get at a larger downtown facility. I prefer to keep my money in Snohomish County and these guys worked hard to get it. Recommend. More

If I could rate this higher than 5 stars I would. Bickford had the best prices I have seen online hands down, and when I showed up they had the friendliest staff I've ever encountered. I was apprehensive about purchasing my first "new" vehicle, but the sales staff was not pushy at all, and let me take a solo test drive without hesitation. The sales representative I worked with was Ryan Berg, who answered all of my questions and assisted me in a great deal. Highly recommend!!! I won't purchase anywhere else from now on. More
