I drove my 2004 F150 into the dealer. I reported the problem as no reverse, I heard a big pop and then no reverse. I said I looked up the problem and it looks like the reverse band broke I reported the problem as no reverse, I heard a big pop and then no reverse. I said I looked up the problem and it looks like the reverse band broke and I'll need a transmission. I even asked a price for rebuilt transmission ($8000), they said they will look at it and let me know. I was told they couldn't fix it, a rebuild transmission is not available and they couldn't get the parts, they refered me to a transmission shop. So after they had my truck for 1 week I paid them $800 for them to tell me what I told them when I dropped my truck off, then paid $200 to tow my truck to the transmission shop to have it repaired. I now know where I will NOT be going for any repairs. More
I took my truck in for a water leak and they said they couldn't find it. I called them about it again about the water leak a couple years later after it had sat out in the weather and was told they don' couldn't find it. Then why did they tell me that there was no problem when I took it in the first time when they don't have technicians that deal with that. I have bought several trucks from them but never again. More
Enjoyed working with Dave Burlison purchasing a used F-150 for our son. We appreciated the dealership replacing brakes and tires and fixing minor leaks as well as detailing it prior to pickup. I went to the dealers a coupe days later to look at the trucks. Erik showed them to me and suggested I take the one I liked home for the weekend to evaluate it. No high pressure sales or tactics. Made it an enjoyable experience. More
