Just another car dealership. I was hoping my experience at Bickford Motors would be good enough to feel comfortable returning to buy more vehicles for my business. Unfortunately, this was not the case. Aft at Bickford Motors would be good enough to feel comfortable returning to buy more vehicles for my business. Unfortunately, this was not the case. After finding the perfect truck, agreeing to a price (full price), purchasing some extra parts (full price), and securing financing through my credit union, Bickford did something called "spot delivery" or "yo yo sale." This means they didn't secure my loan before I drove the vehicle off the lot. When the deal didn't go through (after already cashing my down payment) they called me asking for $3K more. What was most frustrating was that I had increased my initial down payment based on their recommendation to secure a lower rate. Moreover, come to find out, Bickford could buy down my loan for $400 to fix their mistake (the difference between the two rates) but did't because they didn't really care about me - their customer - just angling for more cash and securing the profit from their sale. In the end, my credit union took care of the discrepancy. Be weary if you shop here. More
Randy in the service department is awesome. I brought my 2012 F150 in because I thought it was time for a brake job. Randy called me and it turned out they were good. Awesome. I am a Canadian who was trying to buy a car for my sister in Seattle. I called to reschedule a recall appointment with my car. I spoke with Lori who I had to beg to get my apt. Rescheduled and then found out that they had added on an oil change which I did not request. When I attempted to explain that I had not asked for an oil change, she treated me as if I was not being truthful and proceeded to start yelling and talking over me. Now I'm mad and told her that she could wait to speak when I was done talking and she told me NO, in NO certain terms would she be giving me any respect to complete what I was saying and continued to speak over me and treat me as if I was beneath her and not worthy of her time nor respect. Per her terms I was going to do what she wanted and that was it....I told her I would contact her employer and she threw me into someone's voice mail. I'm so glad this happened as I was getting ready to purchase a brand new dually and my husband and I had 5alked about going thru bickford since we had bought a new truck there years ago....and now I know one person's error does not define the business but with some of the things that have previously happened I dont believe this company wants or cares about customers More
These people return calls, we’re on time for appointments, knowledgeable and friendly. My sales guy Dave fully answered all my questions and the tech guy Jacob was very patient explaining the op appointments, knowledgeable and friendly. Best car buying experience I've ever had! I honestly can't think of enough positive things to say about the team at Bickford Ford. I contacted them ahead of purchasing my DREAM car (2020 Ford I honestly can't think of enough positive things to say about the team at Bickford Ford. I contacted them ahead of purchasing my DREAM car (2020 Ford Explorer ST), and they kept me in the loop about when to expect it. They were 100% clear about the pricing for the vehicle. In the past, I've gone into dealerships and felt really stressed about buying a car. This was literally THE BEST car buying experience I have EVER had in my life. I went in, purchased the vehicle (painless, I promise), and then had the kindest young man spend well over an hour explaining all the technology in the car. Every single person at the dealership had so much pride in the vehicles and in their job - there is so much family history in this dealership, and it was very obvious that the employees are very proud of that. Jason Bickford and his family are are quite possibly some of the kindest people I know, and I could not feel more happy about giving them business. Personally, I know that I would never even consider purchasing a vehicle anywhere else. Thanks Bickford folks, you're amazing! More

Very good Michael did our tech tutorial and did an excellent job. He was vey knowledgeable and professional and patient! The sales people were also good.
