I have never dealt with a dealership, or any business, that exhibited more integrity than Bickford Ford. They did not process large checks until they could deliver what they had sold me. They also followe that exhibited more integrity than Bickford Ford. They did not process large checks until they could deliver what they had sold me. They also followed through on their word to resolve a hardware/software issue that prevented features on my truck to not function as intended. This business in my opinion is about as honest and ethical as any you could ever find. I would recommend them as highly as possible when purchasing a new or used vehicle. I just had my 2015 F150 worked on because my heated seats were not working. Turned out there was a module that was bad. Steve was my service advisor and he is awesome. It turned out that my extra service war were not working. Turned out there was a module that was bad. Steve was my service advisor and he is awesome. It turned out that my extra service warranty covered the work. Now the seats work after replacing the module. Great job guys keep up the awesome job. More

Not the best, issues found during multi check inspection but no follow up recommendation, for example “coolant low” but did not reccomend further course of action or let alone top of the coolant. Also stated their was a slight oil leak on seal but did not reccomend anything or even mention when picking up the vehicle, had to read the paperwork. Overall poor communication. More
