RUN AWAY. Great Price. Everything else has been down hill from there. I purchased a brand new F150 Lightning and was under the impression it was to be shipped Great Price. Everything else has been down hill from there. I purchased a brand new F150 Lightning and was under the impression it was to be shipped to me. Instead, it was driven across state to me adding about 250 miles to my "brand new" truck. On top of that, the battery is almost empty and of course the truck is covered in bugs and debris from the drive over. Not exactly how you expect the recieve a new truck. I paid $500 for this delivery. The cherry on top was me noticing one of the badges is partially torn off. This has been a terrible experience and I truly hope this dealership attempts to make things right. More

The sales representative was helpful during the purchasing process. However, despite all the negotiations, the truck I bought was not properly inspected. - The brake pads were near depletion. purchasing process. However, despite all the negotiations, the truck I bought was not properly inspected. - The brake pads were near depletion. - The DEF was down to one bar. - The fuel filter was at only 8%. - There was a significant amount of mold under the seats and seatbelts. - Scratches and multiple areas of peeling paint appeared after a deep cleaning. In summary, they fixed all the issues except for the scratches. My point is that the truck should have undergone a proper inspection and cleaning before being released to the customer. This is a $35K vehicle and shouldn't be treated like a cheap car just because it's a trade-in. Even sending numerous emails, the management doesn’t even bother to response if they will fix the scratches. Went to their office, instead of apologizing they told me they received my email and they just don’t want to respond. Overall, I am not personally happy about their customer service. This is not a good customer experience for me. I am hoping their management will improve their quality and provide good service. —————— After writing this Review, the Ford manager called me directly and was not happy about my review. I mistakenly added another name and deleted it. But all the things I stated here are facts and I have all the photos I can attached. Now I feel like this review section is not safe, I felt harassed when the Ford manager called me and argued about this personal review. The manager even wants me to expose my name which is not professional. I hope Ford's upper management will handle this concern professionally. Nothing is personal; I am simply dissatisfied with my experience at this dealership. To clarify, while Sales Representative Eric Sundvor was helpful throughout the process, the issues with the truck are beyond his control and should have been addressed by his manager or higher management.
