The service team have customer service a priority. We were in need of a brake module to be installed in our vehicle. The service team made it happen, even with our time crunch. Long post here: On 1/22/24 I went into Bickford Ford in Snohomish Washington to look at a 2022 Ford F350 Lariat they had for sale. I bought the truck with no issues being disclosed to me whatsoever.. I in Snohomish Washington to look at a 2022 Ford F350 Lariat they had for sale. I bought the truck with no issues being disclosed to me whatsoever.. I had the truck for 8 days and drove it maybe 4 times (I wanted to conserve the mileage on the truck considering I drove the xxxx out of my prior truck). On 1/30/24 the truck started driving super rough, was shaking really bad when I would step on the gas. I called the person who sold me the truck letting him know the truck was driving rough, and he immediately questioned me about bad fuel or contaminated fuel. I ensured to him I 100% put the fuel where it need to go and that there was no mis -identification of fuel from DEF on my end. I took the truck in the very next day (1/31/25) where they said they would look into it… on 2/14/25 Bickford reached out to me and told me they found DEF in the system and warranty wouldn’t cover. They told me it would be 10-15k in damages. I disputed this with them and after a back and forth with the salesman (mind you I couldn’t get a hold of a single person who supposedly looked into my truck). I guaranteed I didn’t put any sort of contamination in my tank.. obviously they weren’t going to believe me. I decided to take my truck to Kendall Ford for a second opinion where they informed me that the damage came from a pre-existing condition where the fuel system was attempted to be flushed but was a xxxxty job. This led to residual DEF crystals being left in the tank, and eventually clogging one of the fuel injectors (causing 3 more to fail). Kendall Ford told me they 100% were on my side considering they could tell the system was attempted to be flushed and filters were brand new and told me to ask for the trade in inspection report. I got a hold of Bickford and asked for this report and after 5 days I got a copy. Sure as xxxx they noted the same exact problems upon trade in as I am facing now.. not only did Bickford Ford acknowledge the problems, but they claimed they fixed them (hence the xxxxxxxx “fix” they came up with) Kendall Ford firmly believes Bickford took the truck in on a trade and threw a bandaid on the problem before they turned around and sold me the truck just to force the problem on a paying customer.. I have given them the option to do right as a business or get lawyers involved but they want to laugh and make it seem like it’s a joke. Im not the one to xxxx with, or roll over for that matter… so if this the game Bickford Ford in Snohomish wants to play, than very well let’s xxxxing play.. More
