I returned Saturday to close the deal, signed the back of my title that I was trading in, spoke to Geico re: new insurance cards...all was going well, only to be asked, "how am I going to deal with the sales tax?Am I going to pay now or work it in the payments"?. How can this be when i was given a WRITTEN monthly Pymt already which should have included all applicable expenses? Needless to say, i killed the CROOKED deal and will be receiving legal advice re: compensation for breach of implied contract, breach or written contact, hard credit inquires on my credit report without permission & bait and switch. We discussed and agreed to a monthly payment amount and BICAL shoug have honored it. I guess the Courts will decide.... More

Absolutely disgusted, worst customer service ever I recently purchased my car from Bical Chevy, this the first time that I bought a car and didn't bring anyone but I figured, I am a 30 year old women I recently purchased my car from Bical Chevy, this the first time that I bought a car and didn't bring anyone but I figured, I am a 30 year old women and trusted going to a dealership. I was even ok with the price that we negotiated. Upon picking up the car, I had some surprise taxes and fees which were a little displeasing and when I said something, Johan, the car salesman who sold me the car, basically got annoyed and walked out of the office? Really? Thankfully, Jim Castro, the finance guy, was really nice and explained the taxes to me and made me feel much better about the spike in ending price. Within 5 days, I had a tire sensor go on, most likely weather change, no big deal. I brought it to a Volkswagon closer to me and they said that the wrong pin was put into the tire and that tire was different than all of the other tires. I was promised when I got the car that I had 4 new tires, I admit, I did not go around and check every tire as I trusted the dealership I was purchasing my car from and assumed that all tires were new and the same. While this Volkswagon had my car on the lift, they noticed oil leaking from the bottom and found that it was because the washer that seals the oil tank was reused... when I called the dealership, I left 2 messages for Bobby Pucci over the course of 3 days, I got a return call after the second message but I was busy and had already gotten the car fixed. I then had correspondence with Jim and had just started a new job, so I admit, I took a good week to get back to him. I called him today and was absolutely APPALLED at that way that man spoke to me! First of all, I just dropped $25,000 on a car from him, I should NOT be having issues in the first FIVE DAYS! He picks up the phone, already with an attitude, and when I told him what happened, he said "Listen lady, your not talking to your boyfriend" EXCUSE ME!?! TALKING TO MY WHAT?! Then, he tells me "the tires are new, who cares if they are not the same?" Ummm, I DO! He then asks me what exactly happened with the oil washer, as I am trying to explain, he is cutting me off saying "i don't know what that means, what are you saying?". Oh, I'm sorry, SIR, I am not a mechanic and don't know what everything is called! He was talking to me like I am stupid because I don't know every term of what is under my car?! He then has the audacity to ask if Im talking to my "boyfriend" AGAIN?! In conclusion, I am in sales and customers call me having no idea what they are talking about all the time, I would NEVER even THINK of speaking to them the way that man spoke to me. Especially not someone who just bought a car from me and was having issues in the first 5 days! I have never had such horrible customer service in my life! More

4 hour for oil change and then they refused to do it I called the service department yesterday and told them I bought a left over 2014 Silverado that had 350 miles on it about 4 months ago. I said I now have 4,250 miles and though I'm not a the 5k mark can I get my free oil change seeing how my oil is over a year old. First I was told no I had to wait til 5k and then I asked to speak to the manager who said I could bring it in that it would be covered and gave the phone back to the secretary to make an appointment. She told me the next appointment would be 8 days away! I said for s 15 min oil change I asked to speak to the manager again and he gave me an attitude and told me bring it in tomorrow which was today. I went there this morning at 9:30 am. Two hours went by and I went to the counter and they said there is a few cars ahead of me. Another hour went by and I asked again and was told 2 cars ahead of me. I got agree and told the man I've waited 3 hours at that point for a 10 min oil change and that he never told me there would be such a long wait when I first arrived. Final as I was standing outside I watch them pull my truck in. The mechanic opened my hood and his phone rang. He walked over to his cell phone picked it up and smashed it on the ground and the peices flew and hit my truck! I told the service guy at the counter and he walked over to the mechanic and I over heard the serviceman tell the mechanic I'm an "A" hole. I went to the sales woman from who I bought the truck from and told her what happened. She had me wait in her office and she came back with my keys and said the 2 mechanics refuse to work on my truck and appolgized and said there is nothing she can do the are Union and she gave me the service managers phone number to call on Monday. More

I received a flyer from them and for some reason I gave them a call and they stood by their word. This has never happened,. I always go in and walk out mad for making me come down. If your in the market for a car or a truck - DO NOT GO ANYWHERE ELSE. More

TOOK MY MONEY AND FORGOT ME This dealership was johnny on the spot prior to me leasing my $55,000.00 vehicle but once the ink dried on the lease agreement they forgot my name. A worker we initially spoke to appeared and showed us to the receptionist who was on the phone. She offered us the first appt 15 days later and when ask if there was any earlier date due to the hazard of driving without a working horn; she said no and looked away while we tried to explain away how nervous we felt about not having the use of the horn for this long. CHEVY BIVAL lacks service friendly staff and obviously can't be bothered with going the extra mile for customers who didn't purchase their car from this dealership earlier date due to the hazard of driving without a working horn; she said no and looked away while we tried to explain away how nervous we felt about not having the use of the horn for this long. Thank you, thank you, thank you I walked in there unsure of what I wanted but under the gun because my lease was up on my Toyota. (I walked out of their dealership very frustrated after having wasted over 3 hours) At Chevy, my salesman was professional while still being personable, courteous, knowledgeable, informative, and patient. He answered all my questions honestly, intelligently and with integrity. He made me feel comfortable with him and with my purchase. I hate car shopping but I had such a great experience there. Thank you so much Freddy Bosco!!! I highly recommend Freddy any day of the week. When it came time for the financials, Anthony Vecchione is also highly recommended. There will always be back and forth with the final numbers but he made me feel comfortable and got me within a few dollars of my goal. Thank you to you too Anthony! More
