When I recently went to return a lease and I told them I would not be leaving another car they refused to take the lease back. They were impolite and unprofessional. When they found out they were not making money off of me they were incredibly disrespectful. Thankfully East Hills Chevy in Freeport took my vehicle back. They were kind and considerate. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME AT BICAL! If you want a Chevy go to East Hills just down the road! More

When I called the service people told me that the next appointment was over 8 days later, and they had no loaners. I have a 2018 Malibu which is a great car but I need a car every day. the "Rocket Scientist" I spoke to told me to use the car anyway. Real Smart and Safe advise. I called GM and they said they called Chevy in Freeport and they would be glad to take the car in. And if they didn't have a loaner, since my car is new they would pay for a rental. Sounds like people I want to do business with. Not a dealer like BICAL CHEVROLET OF VALLEY STREAM that think they are doing you a favor. More
WORST DEALERSHIP I'VE EVER BEEN TO Complete waste of time. Set up a deal for a car on the phone. I went to go see the car and they told me they sold it which is complete bs. I was assured by the sales manager and sales person that my lease price had all fees rolled into monthly price and when I picked up Car there was a $650 acquisition fee they made me pay. Even though I was told and have in writing that all fees were in the lease. I have asked them to review over ten days again and no one has even replied with an answer. Horrible customer service!!! I got there on time for the appointment and the service advisor advised me that he could only do the oil change at that time and that they were too busy to scan the code for check engine light. They had no rental cars available and he said it would be at least a month to get me in to fix anything engine related. I write this review because i asked to speak to a manager and was told he was busy and would call me back n he never did. I bought a $43,000 truck with a $2,000 100k mile extended warranty you would thing they would take care of a small issue right away. I will never recommend this dealership again. More
Bad Experience I set out on a mission to help my neighbor to lease a car because him and his wife are elderly and they had never leased or bought a new car before an I set out on a mission to help my neighbor to lease a car because him and his wife are elderly and they had never leased or bought a new car before and were afraid of being taken advantage of. I told Johnny from Chevrolet exactly which car we wanted down to the model and the features it had to have- $279/month by phone he negotiated to get us to show up in person at this dealership with the understanding that we would be doing a trade and expected to negotiate the price down further to around $250 a month based on our trade and my Neighbor worked for board of ed and they had some other incentive programs (current Chevrolet owner loyalty). In person we negotiated with Ron (manager from Chevrolet) for the trade and put the trade towards the lease deal and Ron went as low as $252/month for 39 months. My neighbor filled out the purchase paperwork and they promised us the car 11:00 yesterday. When my neighbors showed up to pick up the car, both Johnny and Ron were not there. About a half hour later, my neighbor calls my cell and says "ron is here and he says we need to pay a little more money because he made a mistake." I said absolutely not don't do anything I'll be right there. End Result- Ron and the finance lady said they made a mistake and that they could not go lower than $289/month. That is $10 more a month than the original promised deal that got us to go to this place instead of Brooklyn. And that was not including the $500 they gave us for our trade. They had to put the license plates back on my neighbors car he was trading in and my neighbor had to cancel the insurance he bought for the new car he was promised. Ron promised us and put in writing $252/month for 39 months which would be approx $9828 for 39 months and then when my neighbor was supposed to be picking up their brand new car they told him instead he would have to pay $289/month which totals approx $11,271. They tried to get $1500 more!!!!! at the time where they were supposed to give him possession of the car. It seems to me that you don't have a deal with these people until after you drive the car off the actual lot. My neighbors told me they would have been very upset but they would have done what they told them to do and paid It if I didn't show up to help them. I recommend you all do the same for your family and friends, look out for your loved ones and DO NOT TRUST these people. More

Long wait time for headlight bulb replacement I have a 2014 Chevy Equinox and visited this location on Monday 02 /19/18 for service to replace headlight bulb. Now the other side is out 02/26/18. I have a 2014 Chevy Equinox and visited this location on Monday 02 /19/18 for service to replace headlight bulb. Now the other side is out 02/26/18. Funny how they make suggestions about other service you may need. But failed to mention changing the bulb on other side. I called and spoke with Mike and was told that if I had changed both on same day I would have been charged $169.39 × 2 because they would have to go on other side. More
