My salesman Carlton was one of the easiest no pressure salesman I’ve ever dealt with. I came from out of state for a car he came right out shook my hand made me feel comfortable and at home. Wonderful experience with Charlie Albanese. I came into the dealership to have a pre-lease end inspection. Charlie was able to put me in my new car the next day. He explained everything regar I came into the dealership to have a pre-lease end inspection. Charlie was able to put me in my new car the next day. He explained everything regarding options and did everything possible to ensure my happiness. He also told me to come back and he would help me with any features I didn't understand. Walking into Bical AutoMall I was a little nervous considering this was my first time leasing a car on my own.
