Do not go to this dealer. I chose not to buy a car with them and they held on to my deposit for over thirty days. I logged a complaint with GM and they still did not refund I chose not to buy a car with them and they held on to my deposit for over thirty days. I logged a complaint with GM and they still did not refund my money. They refused to speak with American Express who was trying to get my money back. They are nothing but liners and great at the xxxxxxxx. They never returned my calls nor returned GM calls or emails. I give them no stars and it comes with this warning do not do business with this dealer you will regret it. More

They sold us a car with a bad engine. The year old car wasn’t certified and when I asked why Shay told me it was just because it didn’t need to be due to it being so new but that they had The year old car wasn’t certified and when I asked why Shay told me it was just because it didn’t need to be due to it being so new but that they had looked it over very carefully and the car was in perfect condition. 4 days later the engine light comes on and now needs replaced. Thankfully it’s still covered but now everything makes more sense. Would not trust Bical or shop there ever ever again. More
