Why would I drive to a dealership miles away instead of Bical that I drive by every day?? When I go to a dealership I want honesty, competence and only than price. When I shopped for Lyriq, I was lied to, Bical that I drive by every day?? When I go to a dealership I want honesty, competence and only than price. When I shopped for Lyriq, I was lied to, dealt with completely incompetent salesperson and on top was given a huge price increase for getting an option that I was originally promised. It could be bad luck to get bad salesperson and bad finance person, but any other dealership would have managers step in to address their screwup. Not the case with Bical. Perhaps they have so many customers they just don’t care about an additional new customer for the car and service. More

My 2006 Cadillac DTS, which has previously been serviced here on at least three prior occasions and recently cut-off while being driven (with check-engine light appearing), was TOWED here for service (Cont here on at least three prior occasions and recently cut-off while being driven (with check-engine light appearing), was TOWED here for service (Control #24340) on 11 August 2025 -- three weeks ago. On 29 August 2025, after approximately 3 weeks WITHOUT anyone at Bical Auto Mall calling and giving me an UPDATE on the status of such vehicle, I called and subsequently spoke with Bical Auto Mall Service Representative David Ramoutar, who basically advised me that "the car is downstairs and still won't start. " Why CAN'T Bical Auto Mall mechanics start / fix my vehicle in question, particularly WITHIN athree-week period? And why have I NOT been offered a NO-FEE -required rental car while Bical Auto Mall CONTINUES to try and fix / restart my vehicle? Lastly, will Bical Auto Mall honor the Parts Warranty for such vehicle? More
