Ricky answered all of my questions regarding the Audi A4 I had seen on their website and set up a time for me to meet with Ed Cordova that afternoon and test-drive the car. When I met Ed, he was friendly, well informed, answered a whole slew of other questions, and quickly took care of all my financing and insurance needs. He offered me a fair trade-in deal on my Volvo, and I drove off in a car that is both beautiful and affordable. Ed even called the next day to make sure I was “happy”. Car #Five! We just purchased our fifth car from Ed at Bianco. There are so many dealerships where you can get a car, but there's only one we trust. We have never had a problem ( hardly any issues) that they didn't resolve immediately. Ed, Frank and Roger have been fair, generous and professional. Ricki even stayed late so we could pick up a set of keys! It's obvious that we wouldn't keep coming back if they didn't provide the best buying experience. We love them! More

Don't DO IT! DO NOT! I REPEAT DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM HERE! First off I left a review about 4 months ago because they begged me too leave a review after I bought my DO NOT! I REPEAT DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM HERE! First off I left a review about 4 months ago because they begged me too leave a review after I bought my car so being that I was happy and the customer service was good I left a review on the treatment! But 4 months of having my car I'm here to write ANOTHER ONE! So I drove my car off the lot on June 28 2016 and everything seemed great that day! Until about a week after purchasing my car I noticed that the sun visor kept falling down everytime I hit a bump so I called Ed and he had it fixed immediately. Which was good! So about a month after my driver seat door lock stopped locking with my car remote so now I have to lock it with the key! I texted ed and he said he would call me and handle it! Guess what my door still doesn't lock! So then about a week after that my truck started sounding like it was revved up Honda so I'm thinking that on it's because I have a truck! Nope that wasn't it so I took my car to a machanic and he said that my muffler was messed up! Ok more money I gotta spend! On a car that was supposedly serviced and passed! The inspection test! So last month my check engine light came on and I took it to autozone to see what code came up! It was the thermostat I took it to the mechanic and he told me that there was no thermostat in my car!! That the thermostat was cut off and they just left a piece of it! So how did this pass inspection? My mechanic told me that they had to turn of the check engine light before I pulled it off the lot for it show up a couple months after I purchased it since it had no thermostat! Today i ended up just taking my car to a machanic so they can lift it up and check out why my car was so loud still! My muffler pipe was hanging off by a thread! So I had to pay to have that fixed fast and I have to go back to get new flexi pipes because the ones I have are torched! I gave these ppl 5,300.00 of my own cash to get this car and yes I understand it's used but xxxx! They could of fixed it up for me and had it serviced for real! After giving them that much money cold cash! My mechanic told me to report them to the DMV because my car shouldn't have passed inspection! And that's what I am doing! So be on a lookout! I'm a resident of Stamford ct and have been my whole life I'm telling u ppl don't waste your money! Here .. they sell you lost dreams and they make everything sound good get u to sign papers and as soon as u drive the car it's messed up lights come on and it's too late to get your money back! If u decide to go there bring a REAL mechanic with you because they don't service your car! They can NOT when all this crazy stuff is happening to mines after having the car for 4 months! More
