Researching online, it was clear that Bianco was getting some great looking prospects; so when a great looking car came up, we decided to take the drive to Stamford. Just a great experience; Ed was straightforward and fair, the car was just as described in the ad and looked just as good as the pictures. This was the best car available at a great price, and at a fair price. We bought the car, a 2006 Subaru Forester and when I brought it to my Subaru dealer, they said it did not even need servicing, everything was recently done. No games, great people and the car was a great deal. More
ONLY JUNK CARS DO NOT BUY FROM HERE I wish I could give lower than 1 star rating. I bought a 2006 Jeep Grand Cherokee. It sounded great at first but come to find out it was sold to me w I wish I could give lower than 1 star rating. I bought a 2006 Jeep Grand Cherokee. It sounded great at first but come to find out it was sold to me with a blown head gasket. The general manager Ed and the owner told me that xxxx happens and it wasn't sold to me that way. I would like to believe that if I hadn't bought the car only 10 days ago. I've consulted with 3 different mechanics who all verified it was sold to me in this condition. Come to find out the engine has a leak, the front and rear differentials are leaking and the skid plate is missing off the vehicle on top of the head gasket. I wouldn't be so angry if they would agree to fix it but they refuse to. Horrible dealership, prices are so low because vehicles are junk. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING OR HAVE ANY OF THE MECHANICS TOUCH YOUR VEHICLE. More

The Subaru dealer I took it to said it was because of previous inferior engine work. I found out the extended warranty I purchased reimburses a hourly labor rate significantly lower than the repair facilities in my neighborhood charge. In addition, many items were excluded, so definitely something to review. After a $3,000 repair job, the car ran for a couple more months and now the engine control module and the transmission is having issues. I may have to cut my losses and junk the car less than a year less after I bought it. Not the experience I hoped for. More

Terrific Experience After months of being in the market for a Jeep Grand Cherokee, I had become increasingly discouraged by the dealerships I'd been visiting - sub-par cu After months of being in the market for a Jeep Grand Cherokee, I had become increasingly discouraged by the dealerships I'd been visiting - sub-par customer service, hidden fees, quality of vehicle worse than advertised. I live in NYC, so even after seeing a listing I liked from Bianco, I was reluctant to go up to Stamford to check it out. However, I called in and had a transparent, professional, pressure-free conversation with Laura that compelled me to make a visit. My ensuing experience was overwhelming positive. Laura was responsive and helpful throughout the entire process - from test drive to financing - and I drove away a few days later with the Grand Cherokee I'd be looking for.
