I HATE CAR SHOPPING. I ASSUME IF THE SALESMAN'S MOUTH IS MOVING, HE IS LYING. ED IS THE EXCEPTION TO THIS RULE. I WAS LOOKING FOR ANOTHER LANDROVER FREELANDER, AS MY SON WAS TAKING OVER THE ONE I ALREADY MOVING, HE IS LYING. ED IS THE EXCEPTION TO THIS RULE. I WAS LOOKING FOR ANOTHER LANDROVER FREELANDER, AS MY SON WAS TAKING OVER THE ONE I ALREADY OWNED. I FOUNG BIANCO ON AUTO TRADER. I REALLY LIKED THE ROVER AND IT WAS MY FIRST CHOICE IN THE FEW I WAS GOING TO LOOK AT. WHEN I WENT TO BIANCO, FRANK TOLD ME HE ALREADY HAD SOMEONE THAT MORNING ALREADY INTERESTED IN IT. I THOUGHT RIGHT THERE THAT WAS DIFFERENT FOR A USED CAR GUY. HE DIDN'T EVEN HAVE A DEPOSIT FROM THIS PERSON, BUT WAS SAVING IT FOR THEM BECAUSE THEY WHERE FIRST. I CALLED BACK LATER IN THE DAY, AFTER NOT REALLY LIKING ANY OF THE OTHER FREELANDERS I LOOKED AT, TO FIND OUT THAT THE DEAL HAD FALLEN THROUGH. FRANK ASKED ME TO COME BACK AND LOOK AT THE FREELANDER AND TEST DRIVE IT. WHEN I WENT BACK, I TOLD ED THERE WHERE SOME THINGS WRONG WITH THE TRUCK AND IF I WAS GOING TO BUY IT THEY NEEDED TO BE FIXED. ED ASSURED ME THEY WOULD BE. OVER THE NEXT FEW DAYS I WORKED WITH ED AND HE HAD ALL BUT ONE THING FIXED. THE ONE THING THAT HE WAS UNABLE TO FIX, HE IS STILL WORKING ON GETTING DONE, EVEN AFTER I BOUGHT THE FREELANDER. WHEN I PICKED UP THE FREELANDER, ED FELT SO BAD THAT THE PART FOR THE ONE THING HE WASN'T ABLE TO GET DONE IS STILL NOT IN, THAT HE THREW IN SOME EXTRA MATS & A TIRE COVER I REALLY LIKED. HE EVEN TALKED FRANK INTO GIVING ME A FULL TANK OF GAS, AS I LIVE 2 HOURS AWAY. ED EVEN RECOMMEND A GREAT PLACE TO EAT WHEN WE LEFT. I ACTUALLY LOOK FORWARD TO BUYING MY NEXT VEHICLE FROM THESE GUYS AND SEEING THEM AGAIN IN A FEW WEEKS WHEN THE PART COMES IN. I WILL RECOMMEND THEM TO EVERYONE I KNOW! IF YOU GO ON A TEST DRIVE, ASK FOR OSCAR TO GO WITH YOU. HE ROCKS! More

RECENTLY,PURCHASED A 2003 LANDROVER FREELAND S FROM BIANCO AUTO SALES, AFTER MUCH SEARCHING ON THE INTERNET. IT IS JUST WHAT I WAS LOOKING FOR, A GREAT SUV, A GREAT PRICE, THE SUV LOOKS NEW INSIDE & OU BIANCO AUTO SALES, AFTER MUCH SEARCHING ON THE INTERNET. lesson learned For many years I have passed by and stopped into this dealership as the condition of the many vehicles on their lot have always been top notch. For so For many years I have passed by and stopped into this dealership as the condition of the many vehicles on their lot have always been top notch. For some reason or another up until recently I was I was only a window shopper. However, I just purchased a 2000 Jaguar S-Type that is in mint condition. Obviously at first I was impressed with the car, but soon became equally impressed with the high level of expertise and care that the sales manager Ed displayed throughout and after the purchase of my vehicle. I have purchase many high end vehicles over the years from huge dealerships in the Tri-State area, from Jaguar, Land Rover, Mercedes to Bentley and typically there is some delay or error, something always comes up. That was not the case with Ed. The vehicle was delivered on time and in the condition promised. However in the end, several mechanical problems developed. Although they did provide several hundred dollars in compensation, ultimately the transmission was on the way out. I wound up having to trade out of the car for a loss of approximately $1500. I truly feel for Ed the salesman. I believe he is a decent guy. Clearly the ownership is questionable. This is an update to my original review. I have since purchased a second vehicle from this dealer and this time already out $3000 in repairs! See fooled2x review... More

My girlfriend & I drove 88 miles from Hartford, CT to New Rochelle, New York to purchase the vehicle. When I got there the Bianco Auto Sales staff treated me very well. The process went by very quickly & before I knew it I had the keys to my Mercedes Benz CLK-320! I highly recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a luxury vehicle with a great level of customer service. More

I had almost no credit history but Ed helped me through the process of financing my first car. Even though at first I thought all car dealers were snakes, Ed understood the bad rep. and helped me through t the process of financing my first car.
