My name is Kelly I just purchased a Chrysler Pacifica from Bianco Auto Sales. I had been to about 10 different dealerships looking for just the right car for my family and I and was just not satisfied w from Bianco Auto Sales. As soon as I walked into Bianco everyone was very kind and inviting. Ed helped us with the purchase of our car. He was very knowledgeable and straight forward about the process of purchasing a car. From the moment we walked into the dealership to the time we picked up the car and even after with a follow up call to see if everything was ok, Ed was great and very helpful. He dedicated time to helping me get great financing and making sure I was satisfied with what I was purchasing. After being to so many different dealerships going to Bianco and speaking with Ed was like a breath of fresh air. You can't find customer service like this anywhere. I purchased a Jaguar XJ Vande Plas on March 4,2011. As a prospective buyer I needed to be convinced that this car was for me,since, I never owned a foreign car. The Carfax report indicated that it was well maintained and not in any accidents. Financing, Ed explained that Bianco Auto Sales could provide Financing and Warranty Insurance at very good interest rates and also a cannot be beaten price for a very comprehensive Warranty. Once the loan interest rate and Warranty cost were established, my thought was I could do no better elsewhere and decided to take on Bianco's Auto Sales offering. I had been looking for a particular car for a long time. During my internet search, I came across this dealership, Frank Bianco and Sons. They had beautiful cars, but best of all they had the car I had been looking for at a great price, THOUSANDS below others I had seen advertised. I was excited but suspicious. Why is it so cheap? There obviously must be something wrong with the car. So I checked out their website and was extremely impressed not just by the cars available, but more so by the fact that this dealership WELCOMED customer input. They put their reputation on the line with every sale. People, after the fact, are invited to provide feedback for prospective customers. (I was a teacher and when a website was created which allowed students to ANONYMOUSLY post comments about their teachers, positive or negative, I knew it was time to retire!) I was very impressed that a dealership had enough confidence to do that. I had never heard of that before. As I read the testimonials, I continued to be impressed by the whole family-run dealership, and one individual in particular, Ed, seemed like the kind of person I wanted to work with. Satisfied customer after satisfied customer praised his kindness and professionalism. So I called and spoke to the owner, Frank, who assured me that the car I wanted was available, was beautiful and he confirmed the price. I then requested Ed as my salesman since he had been singled out for praise. I had to meet this guy who people had said such wonderful things about. So Ed called me (their communication before, during and after the sale is exemplary), and we talked. He confirmed that the car was indeed available AND beautiful. Since I live a distance away, Ed said that he would hold the car for me until I could get to the dealership. Unfortunately, I was not able to do so immediately, but I did not want to lose that car so I did something I had never done before; I bought the car SIGHT UNSEEN. Based only on the testimonials provided by their customers on their website and based on the two conversations I'd had with Mr. Bianco and Ed, I put my trust in them. I told Ed I wanted it and we made the deal over the phone. Ed assured me that he would have the car ready for delivery when I was able,, and he told me that I could cancel the deal if I was disappointed in the car once I saw it. He also got me EXCELLENT financing as well. Once I saw the car, I was amazed. It DID look like new, just as they'd said, and it drove even better. The price was $6000 to $10000 below the best prices I had gotten previously on a similar cars. Honestly. $6k to $10k for the same car. Absolutely incredible. Trust these guys. Many used car dealers have terrible reputations, but these are the good guys. Just walk around their lot and look at the cars offered. I do not know WHO they know, but the cars they offer are gorgeous. They hand pick only the cream of the crop and offer them to the public at prices that are truly incredible. I am glad to write this. I have nothing to gain by doing so, but I do think honesty and integrity should be rewarded, and I applaud Mr. Bianco for running such a class establishment. Ed was awesome. What a kind, soft spoken, meticulous, conscientious professional, as was everyone I met at the dealership. Now that I have found my dream car, I can't picture driving anything else, but if I do need a car again, I would call Frank Bianco and Sons. Everyone there will treat you like a valued customer, but do ask for Ed. There is something special about that man! More

THREE AND A HALF MONTH AFTER I BOUGHT THIS TRUCK FROM BIANCO I NEVER RECEIVED THE HANDBOOK MANUAL WHICH WAS PROMISE BY ED, THE DRIVER SEAT PANEL IS BROKEN I WAS PROMISE IT WAS GONNA BE FIX,I WAS TOLD THA BIANCO I NEVER RECEIVED THE HANDBOOK MANUAL WHICH WAS PROMISE BY ED, THE DRIVER SEAT PANEL IS BROKEN I WAS PROMISE IT WAS GONNA BE FIX,I WAS TOLD THAT THE AIR SUSPENSION ON THE CAR WAS SERVICED BY FORD FOR $800 WHEN I ASK FOR THE RECEIPT I WAS TOLD THAT IT WOULD BE FORWARDED TO ME.WHEN I FIRST SAW THE TRUCK IT HAS 90,000 3 WEEKS LATER THE TRUCK HAS 92,000 MILES PLUS BECAUSE THEY BE DRIVING THOSE CAR AROUND HE MADE A MISTAKE BY TELLING ME THAT HE USED REGULAR FUEL 87 OCTANE IN THE CAR WHEN 91+ SHOULDA BEEN USED THEY HAVE NO RESPECT FOR THESE CARS. WHEN I PICK UP THE TRUCK ANY GOOD DEALERSHIP WOULD FILL UP THE TANK MINE WAS LESS THEN A QUARTER TANK I HAD TO REFUEL TO GET HOME.THE TRUCK WAS SO DIRTY INSIDE THEY DID NOT EVEN DETAILED IT I HAD TO SPENT $150 TO HAVE IT DETAILED. LAST WEEK WHILE I WAS WAXING THE TOP OF THE TRUCK I SAW A BIG LONG DENT ON TOP OF THE TRUCK LIKE IT WAS HIT BY SOMETHING I WAS NEVER TOLD ABOUT IT, THAT WAS NEVER FIXED TO TOP IT OFF TODAY WHILE DRIVING FROM WORK WATER START DRIPPING INSIDE THE TRUCK FROM THE WINDSHIELD I HAD NOTICED BROWN DARK STAIN IN THAT AREA AND OTHER PLACES BY THE WINDSHIELD BUT I NEVER THOUGHT I HAD THAT PROBLEM. WHEN I CALL ED FROM BIANCO HE TRIED TO PUT THE BLAME ON ME THAT I HAD THE TRUCK FOR OVER 3 MONTHS MAYBE I PUT THE DENT THERE .
