I recently purchased a 2001 Mercedes SL 500 from Bianco. Frank showed me the car. He was excellent. I bought it that day. The following week I picked it up. After I took the car home, I encountered two minor problems. Ed responded immediately and within a week everything was repaired. January 2011 on a Friday I inquired with Ed about a black 2006 Mercedes CLS 500 posted on one of the public car sites that led me to Bianco and Son Auto Sales in New Rochelle, New York. I test drove the car the next day; went over the numbers and put down a deposit. Ed took care of the financing, paper work, insurance, and extended warranty (I own a small business and have very limited time on my hands). 48 hours from the time I dropped off the deposit, the car was sitting in front of my home; Ed came in on his day off to complete the transaction. .
