My wife and I came to Bianco's in need of car on a Saturday afternoon. I had been looking through cars and dealerships online for a week and decided this was the place to go. I was a little worried about going to a used car dealer because of the bad rep they usually carry, but my worries were immediately put to rest. I felt at ease in their office and was asked to look around the lot to see what interests me. Their selection was beyond incredible. I was so pleased at not only what they had but their prices as well. Now you need to understand this place does not discount or haggle on pricing and they don't need to. What they have to offer is really top notch and their prices are better than fair. Ed and Frank both helped me out and I can't believe how honest and friendly they were. Even the gentleman who prepped our car was unbelievably great to work with. All in all this was by far the best car buying experience I ever had and I will do business with them again and again. If you are looking for a used car that's got class, style and reliability you have found the place. After visiting one very shady used car dealer, I had my reservations. Well, my wife and I found our dream car, a 2003 range rover with 40k miles and in perfect condition and the best part was that we found it online at Bianco Auto Sales. So the next morning (Sunday) we made the trip from NYC to New Rochelle unannounced, we called and Ed answered. Even though he was planning on leaving for home 15mins after we called, he agreed to let us stop by and look at the snow covered Rover (this was the Sunday after our recent October snow storm). To our delight, Ed cleaned off the snow in the time it took for us to get there. It took all of 10 minutes of discussing the car with Ed for us to make our decision to buy it. We picked it up two days later, Ed even offered to pick us up at the train station. He made sure we knew everything about the car, warranty, maintenance, radio setup, local service reps, buttons here & buttons there. He made the process SO easy. It was really a pleasure working with him. I already can't wait to buy our next car from him. More

I found a 1983 Porsche 928S at this dealership. I initally spoke with Frank, who described the car in detail. When I arrived at the dealership the car was exactly as Frank had described. I must say Bianco makes you feel at home I really wasn't looking forward to buying a car and having to deal with car dealers I find 8 out of 10 of them are shady. I had a very specific need: Black 2006 Porsche Cayenne S with black interior. Bianco happened to be one of 3 dealers within 500 miles to have this specific car and was only a few miles from where I live. T with black interior. Ed did not try to give me the hard-sell. He knew the scratches bothered me and told me to go home and think about it. I called him a couple days later ready to buy the car. I was planning to offer the ask price less the cost to fix the scratches. Before I could offer that, Ed volunteered to have his guy fix the scratches free of charge. I agreed and Ed had the car taken to a 3rd party auto shop of my choosing. That mechanic (a specialist in Porsches) found that the car was in the condition that Ed represented. Ed's guy repaired the scratches (not perfectly, but Ed said upfront that it wouldn't be). Regarding price, Bianco was selling the car pretty much at the Kelley Blue Book value. I know I could've done a few hundred better at another dealer but because Bianco was so convenient to where I live and work, it wasn't worth the hassle, time and cost of buying elsewhere (Ed was quite adamant on the price). I've had the car for 2 weeks now and it's been performing very well. Despite my phobia of used car dealers, it was overall a surprisingly positive experience. More

A few years ago I purchased a 2003 Porsche 911 from Bianco Autos. Needlesss to say I was very happy with my purchase so naturally when my eye caught on to the Land Rover Range Rover HSE I turned back Bianco Autos. I originally looked at other vehicles but wasn't too impressed with the conditions of the vehicles at other dealers. So I took the long drive from Central New Jersey after visiting the Bianco website and caught eye on a 2003 Range Rover HSE Black. I new what to expect but was blown away when I saw the condition of this vehicle. Ed and I took the car for a test drive and I was so impressed with the way the car handled on the road. It felt as if the car was never driven. I decided to make the purchase. Both Ed and Frank explained the features of the vehicle and how to operate the many gagdets that come along with owner a Range Rover. On the day of pick up, the car was cleaned inside and out. I took the car to the inspection station in New Jersey and the Inspector said - "What year is the Range Rover?" I replied, 2003 he called over the other Inspectors to look over the vehicle and said, "Can you believe this is a 2003?" one of the Inspectors replied, "He doesn't drive it much". Well the car has a little under 83K miles, someone's been driving. I just took the car on the road, Washington DC and had no problems driving in the rain, I'm ready for the snow.
