Our family has been looking for a used Jeep Wrangler (10 years old or so with 100,000+ mileage) for our teenage son to drive for the past 9 months. After looking at many and being disappointed with the description given over the internet (and over the phone) versus the actual condition when seen in person, I was skeptical when I came across this '04 Jeep on Cars.com being advertised by Bianco Motors. It had zero accidents reported, was a one-owner car, and had many service records for oil changes, etc. implying it had been well-maintained. I called Bianco and spoke with Ed. He readily and happily agreed to do a visual walk-thru of the Jeep over the phone with me so that my 3-hour round-trip drive to him would not be in vain. After a nice discussion where he meticulously went inch by inch over the Jeep with me, I decided this Jeep was worth the trip to check out. Thank goodness I made the effort! The Jeep was in the exact condition as described. And Ed was a delight to work with!! Not only is he personable and instantly likeable (not your typical car salesman!), he is a true professional. He was courteous, forthright with all dealer costs and reasons behind pricing, conscientious with paperwork and follow-thru, and stood by his commitment to me about certain mechanics of the car being in good working order (i.e. the battery -- the battery died within the first few days of having the Jeep but Ed kindly helped me to get a replacement one as this was an original concern of mine and written into the 30-day contract). I will readily go to Bianco Motors for our family's next used car (for our soon-to-be driving teenage daughter). I think Bianco Motors works hard to find used cars that are safe, reliable and have been well-maintained. And Ed made our first-ever used car buying experience a truly enjoyable one. Thank you, Ed! Bianca Motors to me was a shoot in the dark, I visited their online site, studied customers reviews and read the specifics on the car that caught my eye, which was a stunning 2001 Volvo S80 2.9 (the executive car) which I spotted online. It was a single owner car, kept in immaculate shape with no history of an accident via Car-Fax, owned by a non-smoker and the price worked if the car lived up to my research. Fortunately the evening prior to purchasing my Volvo I made a call to the dealership, spoke with the owner Frank, having a strong background in medicine I can tell if a "patient" is selling me a story for their benefit or that their the real deal. Frank was the real deal, we had a talk concerning the car that was of interest to me. I informed him that my prior car was totaled and that I would take the train down, he told me to give the facility a call and Ed would pick me up at the station the next morning. The call was made and spoke with Ed, informed him of my arrival time. When I arrived he called me to guide me to his awaiting car. So far so good, as we drove I sensed a warm, caring and truthful person who was not the 'token' car sales men, Ed was different, concerned with my needs. When we arrived at the dealership we pulled up behind a Volvo S80 2.9, I was taken and could only say " that's a beautiful car, hope mine looks like that", Ed said that is your car...I'm in love! We comfortably filled out the paperwork, checked out the car and asked if I'd like to take it out for a test drive, I told Ed that my test drive would be taking it home, if I had a problem I'd return, it turned out that I followed up with a phone call from home informing Ed that the test drive was a success. Oh' I may have left this minor item out, I live in Frederick, Maryland, had my mechanic do the state inspection in order to register the vehicle in Maryland, the only item brought to my attention was that I needed a light bulb, cost about $2.50. My mechanic was very impressed with the care and mechanical upkeep of my new car. Called Ed to inform him of the state inspection result, he wanted to reimburse me for the light bulb! After promising my self that I'd give a fair review after a six month period, all I can say is that today I had my Volvo hand waxed and leather treatment applied, this is a beautiful well maintained vehicle. When my car was done with the detailing I had to call Ed and give him an update, he's like family, he called me almost every other week after the purchase just to see how the car was going and if I needed any thing. I highly recommend Bianca and Ed, just to let you know, they put a great deal of care in their cars and this is the reason that the price is fair and they really don't budge from the online price. I was recently looking to trade in my truck for something with better gas mileage while still good in bad weather. I came in and they immediately greeted me and welcomed me into their establishment and let me test drive the car. I was impressed with how long they let me drive it and did not rush me at all while I inspected the car. The car was great and they gave me a very good deal on my truck and Ed was very helpful and informative while he discussed the financing and the warranty they provided for me. Ed got me a great finance rate and the price of this specific model was the best in all of Connecticut. I was very impressed with how friendly and welcoming Ed, Frank and Roger were and made the whole experience very pleasant. I will definitely recommend them to all my friends and family and anyone else looking for a good car at an unbeatable price. My husband and I visited this dealership after an online search for cheap used cars. So we decided on another car that Bianco had for sale and called to make arrangements to go see it. We spoke to Frank, the owner, and he agreed to meet us on that Sunday. He was even willing to give up watching football to meet us and if you know anything about football fans, you don't do ANYTHING on Sundays BUT watch your team. While at the dealership we came across the truck my husband wanted and I told Frank we would be back for the truck as well as the Toyota. He probably thought I was nuts. But, not only did we return for the car the next day but we also ended up buying my Husband's "dream truck". Frank, his sister( sorry I forgot her name), and Ed were so awesome. They provided us with a couple of GREAT deals and the level of service was outstanding. Frank not only sold us my car, which is in fabulous condition and runs top notch, but also worked with us so my Husband could walk away with his truck that same day. Both vehicles are in great condition and came with all the paperwork and car reports. The staff went above and beyond what you would expect from a car dealership. I highly recommend Bianco Auto Sales and when it is time, we are going back to get our next car. I have never met such a personable and honest auto sales staff then the Bianco team. I am a very skeptical person and have very little trust, if any at all, in car salesmen. No other dealership online compared to Bianco Motors price, mileage and with a warranty that give me the best feeling ever knowing the dealership honor the sales of their vehicles. I went to see Bianco Motors after deciding to sell my SUV which I no longer wanted due to a high payment. My wife found their website through a Google search and pointed me in the direction of a Land Rover which I no longer wanted due to a high payment. For Starters, Frank offered me the highest price I had yet to receive for my SUV. I had been quoted several other prices by both dealers and wholesalers before talking to Frank, and they all were significantly lower than what he offered to buy my car. This was a great start to my visit. We then looked at the Land Rover Discovery. Now, I have one of these trucks, and I was already familiar with the good and bad. If you buy a Land Rover, you need to know that things will sometimes go wrong on the Disco's. Before I told Frank any of this he was up front in telling me that this type of car tends to have problems, although the one he sold me was clean and very low mileage. I've had the car one month now, and I've driven it 6 hours each way to Vermont and 4 hours each way to Massachusetts. It's been great. It's not often you'll have a car dealer be honest with you and tell you the potential negative things about a car. But Frank wanted me to be sure that I was comfortable. He wasn't interested in pressuring a sale. He was also in touch with me over the phone whenever I needed him over the next week to take care of business. Ed the Sales Manager is great. He called me several times to handle the particulars of business and to see if there were any issues with the car. He took care of everything quickly and efficiently. Overall the guys at Bianco are just that; great guys. Honest folks, and no B.S. They will go out of their way to make sure YOU have the RIGHT deal for YOU. I 110% recommend that if you are reading this and considering one of the vehicles at Bianco Motors, that you buy. I will only buy my cars from Frank Bianco from here on out. More

I found my experience with Bianco to be excellent and highly professional before, during, and after the sales process. After I saw a beautiful looking BMW 740 in the outside lot ,I began speaking with Ed highly professional before, during, and after the sales process. After I saw a beautiful looking BMW 740 in the outside lot ,I began speaking with Ed about the car. He was very informative and open and i never felt any type of sales pressure. We went over the Carfax report ,which was very encouraging, and he assured me that Bianco had done a thourough dealer-prep process and that in his opinion the car was in vey good condition. i then had the car inspected by a foreign car service center and they confirmed that the car was in very good condition. After some discussion on price,Ed and I agreed on a fair deal.. Since closing over 4 weeks ago, Ed has followed up with me to make sure everything was going well,which it has been.
