Your vehicle's head gasket failed and was out of warranty by 19,000 miles. Although an extended warranty could have covered the service, we feel that Honda would have offered assistance if they were contacted prior to the purchase of your new vehicles. We were not aware of any potential manufacturer errors at the time of sale or during any service visits. This is a rare occurrence for the Honda brand and we sympathize with the inconveniences you had to endure as a result. Hi Christian, we understand your frustrations and would like to address your concerns. According to our records, you were only ever charged for the deductible you had to pay on your last visit per the terms of your extended warranty. As a Honda dealer, we do not have the proper diagnostic equipment or schematics to accurately diagnose and repair the electrical issues of your Chrysler vehicle, which is why it was sublet to a local Chrysler dealer for service. The Chrysler dealer was responsible for diagnosing the hood latch as faulty. Aside from this recent visit, all other service costs for your vehicle have been covered. If you have any questions or concerns, we invite you to speak with our Service Manager, Phil Pinzok, for further assistance. Thank you!
