Lennon Askew very helpful in refreshing SiriusXM Due to SiriusXM changing ID number on our car, it no longer received the signal. After several calls to Sirius, including calling their IT department, we were told to go to our dealer. Lennon Askew spoke with a rep in the Philippines and resolved the problem. When told that we would have to pay $15 to do this, he informed them that we would not pay for a mistake made by them. They agreed and waived the fee. We drove out of the parking lot with our problem resolved. Thank you! More

Exceeds expectations I wasn't expecting much when I went to get my oil changed since it's such a simple job. Bianchi Honda exceeded my expectations. I was offered coffee and snacks, and used the free wifi while I waited. Before I knew it, my car was done and they even washed it for me which is awesome. I love my honda I was having some trouble with the touch screen in my new Civic. I was in the area so I stopped in without an appointment. Great service but the TV in the waiting rooms are too loud!! I could not find a quiet place to wait while my car was serviced. The TVS were blasting so much that you could not read or think.
