Went in for service, left with a new car! After dropping off 2015 Civic for an oil change & Auto Butler service I stopped by to visit my favorite salesman, Josh Elliott. I wanted to speak to him regarding turning my lease in prior to winter arriving, as I didn't like getting the 2015 with deep snow on the ground. Josh asked me how many miles I had on my car & I told him 10,300. He asked me if it was okay with me for him to take his boss to look at my car & I said it was fine with me. I then went to the waiting area to read a book on my Kindle. They both came back, said my car looked great & that they wanted me to trade it in. Josh showed me the two Civic EX's that were available & I chose the silver car in the showroom. Josh kept my monthly lease payment close to what I was already paying. I called my husband to come up & we completed the paperwork. We enjoyed our time with Jamar Gregory as well. Josh set up my radio stations for me & showed me the features that differed from my 2015 & then we were done. My husband took his CRV to be washed & I went home. LOVE JOSH TO PIECES! I may be back to have one of your girls download my CD's to a flash drive later on. More
Lucky #7 I took my 2014 Accord in for the Butler service which makes the car look brand new. While waiting for the service to be done I strolled into the new car showroom. After more than a few changes in decisions (on my part) I left in a gorgeous 2018 shiny black Accord. Remote start, heated seats, and the safety suite appealed to my practical side and the exterior design and interior comfort appealed to my vanity. Joe and Brandon were outstanding. Friendly, professional and thorough. This is my 7th Honda. Need I say more!?! More

While waiting I spoke to Bill Donor , he had sold me a new 2011 and my 2015 CR-V. I said my wife had liked the Molten Lava color on the 2017 CR-V. Bill said he had one, so I drove it and concluded the 2017 had many new features over my 2015. Bill gave me a reasonable offer and I countered with a few add ons and an out the door price. After review with my wife I called Bill and said if you can give me the add ons and out the door price, we will buy. A few minutes later Bill called and said it is a deal. A pretty painless process and our third CR-V from Bianchi. We got a hand shake and congrats from Jason Porreco who remembered us from prior deals. More

Lennon Askew very helpful in refreshing SiriusXM Due to SiriusXM changing ID number on our car, it no longer received the signal. After several calls to Sirius, including calling their IT department, Due to SiriusXM changing ID number on our car, it no longer received the signal. After several calls to Sirius, including calling their IT department, we were told to go to our dealer. Lennon Askew spoke with a rep in the Philippines and resolved the problem. When told that we would have to pay $15 to do this, he informed them that we would not pay for a mistake made by them. They agreed and waived the fee. We drove out of the parking lot with our problem resolved. Thank you! More

Exceeds expectations I wasn't expecting much when I went to get my oil changed since it's such a simple job. Bianchi Honda exceeded my expectations. I was offered coffee and snacks, and used the free wifi while I waited. Before I knew it, my car was done and they even washed it for me which is awesome. I don't plan on going any where else to get my car serviced. More
