Absolutely worse service department ever. The team there would not work with me after my car was 167 miles out of warranty after being a customer for 10 years!!!! Not to mention the fact that I ha there would not work with me after my car was 167 miles out of warranty after being a customer for 10 years!!!! Not to mention the fact that I had $57 in my ashtray that was stolen on one of those service visits that they claimed no one ever took. I know what I had in my car, since I had just got this change and planned to use this money that evening to bowl and when I went bowling, it was not there. So sad that after spending thousands of dollars there over a 10 year period, that they could not take care of a supposed valued customer as they claim and they have thieves working for them. Do not go to this establishment!!!!! More
Took my Highlander in for my routine auto butler and oil change last Friday, as I started to drive out from the service garage I noticed there was a long crack across the windshield. Turned right back into change last Friday, as I started to drive out from the service garage I noticed there was a long crack across the windshield. Turned right back into the service garage and pointed it to the service rep. Zachary who looked at it and suggested that there was already chips in the windshield before I brought the car in (which there wasn't) and that the crack only spread from an existing chip in the glass. He said he needed to talk to his manager and get back to me later in the day. I called later that day to see what was determined and he said for me to bring it back next week on Monday so his manager can looked at it. Brought it back today and had the manager look at it and he basically told me there is no way to proved they did the crack in the windshield and that it was on me and my insurance to fix it. I informed him that when I brought my car in my windshield was in perfect condition and according to the inspection paperwork their service people provided the windshield inspection was good condition. Nothing about a crack or chip (which the service manager agreed would not pass state inspection) being present. So basically I now have to pay $500 for a new windshield because of their carelessness. I haven't been happy with the service from Bianchi Honda since we bought the Highlander. Car was given to us when we bought it filthy and with a dead battery that they said they would replace but didn't. They just charged it and we eventually had to replace the battery ourselves. Extremely disappointed with this company and will never do business or recommend anyone do business with them again. More

Wonderful. I was having trouble using my phone while in the car. Whether calling out or receiving an incoming call the phone would shut off in a matter of secon I was having trouble using my phone while in the car. Whether calling out or receiving an incoming call the phone would shut off in a matter of seconds. My phone was basically useless while making calls in the car. Our local dealer wanted to have their technician check it out and said they would probably have to replace some kind of panel. I think I , at some point, hit a wrong button which was causing the problem. I told them no. I gave Dave Reash a call and told him I would be in Erie and asked if he would take a look at it. He was absolutely wonderful. He knew right away what the problem was and it was fixed in a matter of minutes. Thank you so much Dave. My phone is now working as it should be thanks to Dave. More
