I brought my CRV In for an oil change this morning. During the inspection, they noticed that the fog light was out and that the tires needed rotated. Service was good but I’m still not happy with the sales dept (Vinnie & Jason) because I was charged too much. I was so excited to get another Honda but not at that price!! Very upset! I had my Honda Civic inspected on May 25th and though I was told it would take about two hours it seemed like less than that. I saved money by having an extended warranty. The service rep. was quick to po was told it would take about two hours it seemed like less than that. I saved money by having an extended warranty. The service rep. was quick to point out what was to be done on the car, i.e., inspection, oil change, and something to do with the sway bar which the warranty covered.
