This was my first visit and it was shocking how unconcerned they were with my business. I have a 5 year old Honda, you'd assume they'd be looking for a reason to get me in a new one trading in, or at least upselling maintenance work. Nope. I think they win best car place solely from selling the info left on forms from customers. It was really a disappointment especially on how hard they sell themselves as "number one, tri-state region". More

They never called me to let me know my car was ready for pick up. I had to call them an hour before they closed to find out I could get my car, so I’m assuming they just never would have called that day at pick up.
