Thank you for the feedback in regards to your recent service visit. When arriving for your visit, the doors are set to automatically open by pulling up to the door to trigger the sensor that opens the door. Please understand that there are many things going on behind the scenes when you arrive to the dealership, however we do our best to ensure each customer has the individual attention they need to get their vehicle checked in. To be offered a service loaner vehicle, the appointment must meet certain criteria, including having an appointment that lasts more than 4 hours, and having reservation made for a loaner when you made your service appointment. Your appointment was an estimated 45 minute appointment, therefore did not qualify for a service loaner to be offered to you. In our dealership, it is not our position to pressure you into purchasing a new vehicle or maintenance work that is not necessary for your vehicle. In the case of your appointment, it was here for a recall and you did not incur a charge for your visit. If you are interested in additional services or products, you're more than welcome to approach anyone on our team for more information. If there is anything else we can assist you with, please let us know.
