I decided to purchase my leased Honda. The moment I arrived, I was greeted by a female employee. She escorted me to Erynn at the service counter. Erynn came back to the finance office and informed me that my vehicle was ready and gave me the inspection report. I have never before had such a thorough and easy process. Bianchi Honda is the greatest and I talk about it a lot; always good! Today I was there getting a complimentary tire rotation and they also took my Honda through the car wash and did a short inspection. N always good! I sat in a very comfortable chair while waiting, playing with my phone and also looking at the very nice big fish tank, watching the fish swim around. It is always a very nice experience to go there. Always. I have never had a bad experience in all these years of going there and I started going there when there was no showroom; you had to go upstairs and order a Honda; sight unseen! I've been there from the beginning! I love Hondas and that's all I've had since getting my first one! They always treat me wonderful. Today was no exception. More
