We believe what you are referring to is the complimentary oil change via Honda Service Pass which, for your vehicle, is only valid for 24 months or 24,000 miles from the delivery date (whichever occurs first). Unfortunately, your Service Pass had already expired by the time your vehicle was recently in for service. Honda will not honor the Service Pass benefits after expiration even if it is 1 day or 1 mile past – no exceptions. Our dealership is unable to mitigate the terms of the Service Pass because it is a national program through corporate Honda. We certainly appreciate your understanding and are glad you enjoyed an overall pleasant experience with us. If you have any other questions or concerns, please reach out to our Service Manager, Phil Pinzok, for further assistance. Thank you!
