I took my 2018 Honda Civic EX Hatchback to Bianchi Honda in Erie, PA. My family and I have known them for years. This visit was the most over beyond experience I’ve ever had and will never forget! My car needed 9 hours of work, which was normal for recalls I needed and other immediate actions they checked over for me. I was given the option to choose a shuttle but declined, I just love being there. But this gentlemen Jason Palsha one of the service advisors knew how long it would take for my car to get done and very generously and kindly asked me if I wanted something to eat while he went for his normal lunch break and I hesitated, but he was very human about it and I was there for a while, so I accepted his offer and he drove downtown to grab me a delicious KFC meal out of his kind heart for me. That day, not only the service was pure excellence, but the act of kindness that came from a Bianchi Honda worker shocked me and I was very touched and grateful!! Thank you Jason!! 😊 I’ll never forget that!! More
