Ever since purchasing 3 vehicles from Bianchi Honda, from sales, financing and service has been great. Although, on my last few visits for service, a little disappointed. From the start of being with Bianchi sales, financing and service has been great. Although, on my last few visits for service, a little disappointed. From the start of being with Bianchi, upon entering the service bays, someone greeted you immediately to check you in and take you to a service advisor. In addition, for past visits, all service advisor stations have been fully staffed. But that has not been the case recently. I did not mention it in my past review, thinking it was just an off day, but it happened again. No one to greet you, you pick a line for a service advisor and hope it will go quickly. I do not know if this is a temporary thing, shortage of workers of what the issue is. Did not see Nadia as I have in the past, in the past she has been great. Also, hope the remodeling gets finished soon, since the waiting area seems always crowded and not as comfortable as the old one. As far as the service advisor "Caleb" no complaints, have had him in the past and he very good and thorough and knows his job well. Therefore, if anyone from Bianchi reads this, could you please explain the recent issue for staffing of no one to greet you and service advisor stations not fully staffed as in the past? Thank you. Saturday January 11th 2025 found my wife and I in an appointment with sales rep Dave Reash. He was very easy to deal with and the car was just what we were looking for. Certified pre owned but it is a 2025 CRV with very little miles. Actually better warranty than if we would have bought it new, which to us it is.Everyone from the appraiser for our trade in to finance/paperwork ,Mobilia, were very easy to work with. They all made what could have been a very stressful situation to one that was very relaxed. More
