poor service Poor customer service. Assistant service manager did not introduce himself to me after the service technician brought him over to evaluate my concern. Poor customer service. It didnt feel like I was at a dealership. From beginning to end the experience was wonderful. After making my decision on a new CRV the salesman proceeded to train me and re go over the safety features and technology Honda has put in their new vehicles. Guys are friendly and helpful!!! I was recently on line looking for cars I clicked on the stats and it was at bianchi !needless to say a sales rep got back to me by email instantly !! I was recently on line looking for cars I clicked on the stats and it was at bianchi !needless to say a sales rep got back to me by email instantly !!!asking if there was anything else he can do or if I was interested in any other cars if he could help me!!!I went in to bianchi that evening and was approached by mike and matt they were very nice and very funny !they showed me the newest car and I told them that a rep got back instantly. !!!its good to know they really care to get right back and not just put u on the back burner!I would recommend them to anyone!!!keep up the good work guys!!!
