Great Experience I have to say, I HATE the car buying experience! The test drives, the thought of a car payment, and all the paperwork that goes with it...I just hate I have to say, I HATE the car buying experience! The test drives, the thought of a car payment, and all the paperwork that goes with it...I just hate it. But...I will say that from the time we entered Bianchi Honda of Erie, PA, we were greeted promptly, the sales people were knowledgeable of the models and put to the "integrity" test of my husband. They all passed! We weren't made to feel that we were wasting their time...I felt that they spent a lot of time with us answering our questions and offered us exceptional customer service. I was very impressed with our salesman, Taylor Nunez for his maturity and knowledge and gave us that "wow" factor when explaining the electronics of the car. Not to mention going the extra mile since were were out-of-state customers. The dealership was exceptionally clean and I was impressed with the amenities such as the car wash. Taylor explained the growth of the service department coming soon all in an effort to provide better customer service. In the end, we were treated well and it made my "I hate the car buying experience" so much better. Thank you all!! More

When we arrived at the dealership, the Malibu was parked near the front ready and waiting for us to test drive. Top 5 Reasons You Should Shop Bianchi...with Tomas! I was in Erie looking at other dealerships to get an idea of what type of car I wanted to purchase. I stopped into Bianchi as they were closing and wa I was in Erie looking at other dealerships to get an idea of what type of car I wanted to purchase. I stopped into Bianchi as they were closing and was able to touch base with Tomas, who followed up with me the next day. Knowing that I would be traveling 90 miles to get back to the dealership, I sent Tomas vehicles that had caught my eye. Tomas did ALL of the work before I returned, making sure to honor my time and my wishes for the vehicle I wanted to purchase. As a sales person, Tomas was polite, funny, light hearted, and persistent with out being pushy. As a dealership, Bianchi was comfortable and accommodating, never once making me feel pressured or anxious when buying a brand new vehicle. So, in short, I HIGHLY recommend shopping Bianchi with Tomas for the following reasons: 1. I am generally excited about everything in general, but buying a new car should be fun and exciting for everyone. Tomas made me feel like he was just as excited as I was that I was buying my first brand new vehicle. 2. Even when I wasn't at the dealership....or even in Erie for that matter....Tomas was working to get me the deal I wanted on the car that I wanted. He was in touch with me regularly, and even followed up with me several times after the sale to be sure I was pleased. 3. At no point did Tomas try to persuade me against what I wanted. He knew I was debating between a BMW or the brand new Honda Civic, and he knew I was carefully weighing all options. He politely and confidently said, "Hey, you want to end up happy and feeling good in what you're driving so that decision is yours. I am just going to make sure you feel good about the purchase you make with me." 4. Tomas spent time with me after I purchased the vehicle to learn about all the features in the car. He was not concerned about finding another customer and making another sale, but he kept to his word that he would ensure I was happy in my purchasing process. 5. Finally, the thing that stands out most. I knew I didn't want extra insurance and added costs. I was up front and direct when signing the papers, and they were incredibly respectful and understanding. Shout out to Jamar on that!
