Great Experience I have to say, I HATE the car buying experience! The test drives, the thought of a car payment, and all the paperwork that goes with it...I just hate I have to say, I HATE the car buying experience! The test drives, the thought of a car payment, and all the paperwork that goes with it...I just hate it. But...I will say that from the time we entered Bianchi Honda of Erie, PA, we were greeted promptly, the sales people were knowledgeable of the models and put to the "integrity" test of my husband. They all passed! We weren't made to feel that we were wasting their time...I felt that they spent a lot of time with us answering our questions and offered us exceptional customer service. I was very impressed with our salesman, Taylor Nunez for his maturity and knowledge and gave us that "wow" factor when explaining the electronics of the car. Not to mention going the extra mile since were were out-of-state customers. The dealership was exceptionally clean and I was impressed with the amenities such as the car wash. Taylor explained the growth of the service department coming soon all in an effort to provide better customer service. In the end, we were treated well and it made my "I hate the car buying experience" so much better. Thank you all!! More

I walked away thinking I got a good deal and my interaction with Lennon was flawless. When I picked the SUV up , he patiently showed me what to do as far as connecting and being able to use my iPhone with bluetooth, since this is my first car in which I am able to do this, After I picked the car up from Bianchi I ended up having a minor interior problem, emailed Lennon, and he immediately took care of it on that very day.
