Super duper! I could not have had a better car buying experience! I requested a price quote through bianchihonda.com and was quickly contacted by Kayla who gave me I could not have had a better car buying experience! I requested a price quote through bianchihonda.com and was quickly contacted by Kayla who gave me all the info I was looking for and set an appointment for me to come in the same day for a test drive. When I came in, I met with Bill who was extremely knowledgeable. He answered all my questions and I took the car home that day! Before I left, he showed me how to use all the features so I felt like a pro by the time I drove home. Both have followed up with me since I bought my car to make sure everything was still perfect. I've already recommended Bianchi Honda to friends and family & I'll be back when I'm ready to buy my next car! More

Looking for new car Wasn't planning on buying a new car the day we stopped at Bianchi Honda, but the price they gave us for our trade-in, the availability of the vehicle Wasn't planning on buying a new car the day we stopped at Bianchi Honda, but the price they gave us for our trade-in, the availability of the vehicle we were interested in, couldn't pass up the deal. Robert Hunt-New HRV I had to wait a week or so for the color that I wanted, but no big deal. Great vehicle Overall sales and management were fine but as it was the last day of the month, the dealership was in scurry mode. I live in a different State that r Overall sales and management were fine but as it was the last day of the month, the dealership was in scurry mode. I live in a different State that requires 2 licence plates. They did not put plate holder on vehicle or tell me it was in the vehicle. I got pulled over twice while waiting for ordered part to arrive. Later found it in storage area in back of vehicle. No one had time to take me through features and sales guy tried to set up blue tooth but gave up when he couldn't figure it out. More

The greatest car-leasing experience in the past 15 yrs. This was my first visit to Bianchi--what an incredibly impressive facility. From the moment I walked in I felt like I was with friends. When my sales person (Dan Milhisler) approached me he had the most warm, welcoming smile on his face and immediately I felt like I was with my best friend. I had been working with Dan since February and he kept in touch without pressuring me. For medical reasons I was unable to get there before today (4/19/2017). In any event, I felt like a little kid on Christmas morning when I finally pulled away in my new Honda Fit--I couldn't be happier. More

Great service but the TV in the waiting rooms are too loud!! I could not find a quiet place to wait while my car was serviced. The TVS were blasting so much that you could not read or think.
