On my most recent visit to Bianchi I dealt with Mario Nicola, a relatively new employee at the dealership, I found him to be very knowledgeable, courteous, friendly, helpful and above all HONEST. Quick and easy Lost our 2014 Honda Van to a drunk driver. Went back to Bianchi to find a used replacement 2015 Oddesy. Found a few used vans on the website. I called Henry and told him my current situation which was "dire". I had a 2008 dodge grand caravan which was literally on its last leg. I told him what I could afford and what I was looking for. Within 2 days I signed papers on a 2011 CR-V with low miles. Henry even came in on his day off to make the delivery because it worked with my schedule. I purchased plenty of vehicles in the last 18 years, actually too many. I've had salesman not be there at delivery due to there schedule. Henry isn't that way. He went out of his way and took time away from his family to make mine safer. He, and Bianchi Honda has a customer for life. More
