Well, I fell in love with the Honda Civic Hatchback and sent an email to set up a test drive. I’ve never owned a Honda, so had no experience with the dealership and it was quite a surprise to see just how busy the entire place is. There is a vibe there that welcomes and encourages you to not just look around, but to want to know more about all of the cars they sell. Jeff Carson greeted me with a big smile and an offer to find Keith Cartwright who was my email contact. I ended up having both of these salesmen helping me despite my casual “I’ll be in on Friday” for my test drive. Both were busy with scheduled test drives, but made me feel important and welcome. New car shopping can be nerve wracking, but I was relaxed and excited by the time Jamar Gregory had me signing all of the paperwork. Jamar explained everything as each page was signed; what an organized guy! The owner even gave me a silver key ring to commemorate the day! No pressure, a great atmosphere, good attitudes, and knowledgeable; plus I got the car I wanted. More
