We started Just bought new 2017 CRV EX (second CRV), third car from Bianchi. Absolute pleasure to deal with them. Sales person Dave Reash was great! We started with looking at used (off lease or certified), found unit we liked. We then wanted to investigate cost and deal on new. Dave handled both with no issue. We test drove 2 cars, then found others in lot to look over. Yes, this took awhile to do but, Dave was very "user" friendly and stayed with us. Steve Smith helped us process loan and found best interest rate possible. Overall great experience, "as always"! More
